However, once you become an FTMO Trader and get an FTMO Account, we require you to close your positions just before the markets close for the weekend or if the rollover (market break) is longer than 2 hours. However, if you accidentally hold your position overnight or over the weekend, your account will be blocked for violating our rules. The above restrictions don’t apply to FTMO Traders having the account type FTMO Account Swing. Unlike the FTMO Account, the FTMO Account Swing does not have restrictions for news trading or holding trades over the weekend. @@Big-GeppyNot really, you are sharing your strategy and ideas on their channel instead of yours, and they don't put any of your socials in the video or description. It's better to show your payouts and certificates on your RU-vid or Twitter. I watched some of these FTMO videos, and none of the traders have interesting personalities, that's what really matters to establish a following. And since they give it all or at least you have an idea about their strategy, and you get to see the stats and everything and how they think. There's nothing interesting to look for anymore.

You can easily shoutout your own socials they don't need to put them in the description, for someone with no following this is the next best thing. I wouldn't know about a lot of these traders if it wasn't for these interviews, so your argument is irrelevant. Not sure why you would care how interesting someone's personality is.... Are you here to learn or for entertainment? TikTok is probably the best place for you. You can't learn about someone's strategy in detail from one video so your last point makes no sense
How hurt are you from a simple discussion to talk like that? You shouldn't be a trader if you have this kind of emotional burst. What I'm saying is that there is a better way to do it. Yes, you can comment on your channel, but the conversion rate would be way much less than if your channel is given in the video or description. And if you can read correctly, I said that to establish a following you need an interesting personality, and that’s how the world of social media works. People follow what seems viral and interesting, nothing to do with me, it's just how it works. And if you can read correctly again, I said that you get an idea about the strategy and not necessarily the details, plus you get to see the stats, and most of the time it's not a lot of trades and the strategy seems simple. People are not drawn to that. It's a fact that most people in FTMO videos don't get a following unless they made some big numbers and add some mystery to increase curiosity, because in the end that's all that matters in the eyes of a beginner. If you think people who have the most followers in trading got them because they give real value, you have to think twice. They have the most followers because they understand what people really look for, and most of the time it's entertainment and the next shiny secret and complicated concepts that no one has, that will make you millions.
