@@AndriyTech Hello, Andriy. I've just found your channel, and I like the way you clearly explain and give instructions on what to do. I've just had a look at the Wise Program Uninstaller website in order to install it, but I noticed that it's only for a 60-day trial period before payment is required, so I haven't installed it yet. I've bookmarked it for future reference, so when I'm ready to use it for whatever reason, it's there. Many thanks for your help.
For those that do not know, when you turn your computer on the computer will go start up and go into "Pre-Lauch mode" and start Microsoft Edge in an "Elevated State" (also known as "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR," this giving Microsoft FULL CONTROL of your computer. Uninstall EDGE immediately. You can do it without breaking windows.
@@davegray7551 in that case maybe an app like an 'app locker' could be used to prevent Edge from automatically assuming its' 'elevated state' as you say. Nothing I'm seeing on this issue of the extreme intrusiveness of Edge in your online behavior is addressing the problem this way - putting Edge 'in jail' but leaving it on your system dormant.
A recent EU directive has forced Microsoft to let users delete edge from the application manager in settings, so make sure your system is up to date and you will find an option to delete it from the system application. no need for 3rd party apps. this only works for EU. UK and USA etc you wont find the option.
It may maybe useful, but I have no problem uninstalling MS Edge because I use the program YOUR UNINSTALLER! and I delete it almost every 3 days. The problem is that my system always brings it back. THAT is the problem, not because some app is prevented from uninstalling.
The old way worked great!! BUT after the major win 10 update it won't work anymore.. ugh... I just used REVO uninstaller and got rid or it completely !! It never worked before!! The free version works! HOWEVER, once there you NEED to use the "ADVANCED" settings.. Once it finds everything you will need to check off ALL THE BOLD FACED FILES! BE VERY CAREFUL!! It is easy! edge has hooks all over the place, made my I7 laptop run like an old 286 computer! NOW it is back to normal.. Edge sucks!!
Very good video and great uninstaller, I've already uninstalled Edge by deleting all MS Edge files, I would have used my Revo-uninstaller but it no longer has the option to uninstall edge so I hope this program will keep that option, Even if edge is installed through an update I'll always remove it, Its so insidiously intrusive

Do you know how to uninstall/delete windows 10 enterprise ltsc evaluation version. It inactivated the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 trackpad and touchscreen, mouse is not working as well, only keyboard is working.
Well I fetched Wise and it couldn't find any instances of MS Edge yet the Edge browser is still present in the programs list in Start and also a former shortcut still opens it. So how does this happen? The beast won't die !
Edge completely deleted......Brian from Britec would have a slightly different take on that. So many part's of edge are embedded that it could break things. If this actually works ......can anyone who succeeds and also does an update and it still isn't there the let us know. I am sure Brian from Britec would be interested.
Can you uninstall Microsoft edge you just have to do it for the registry editor and then you will be able to uninstall it and that’s from a uk guy reg key Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Microsoft Edge And then in that look for no remove and change 1 to 0
@@AmrHazem_EG That's just crazy. I haven't heard of this before, but it's really cool! I myself use Windows 10 PRO And I run Windows 11 in a virtual machine
@@AndriyTech Yeah I will keep using LTSC IoT until apps that I usually use become unsupported, after 2025 by 4~6 years, also this Operating system is clean and no bloat ware or telemetry ( minimal ).
