In this episode of Emergency Response Liberty County, Zany promises to end this video when he makes an arrest. And of course, as chance will have it, YET AGAIN, Zany makes an arrest 2-minutes into the video after he catches a home burglar trying to make his escape. Although Zany makes an arrest, he attempts to let the criminal go, but unfortunately, the suspect leaves the game before Zany gives him the opportunity to repent. Although this video ends when Zany makes an arrest, he goes on to make two more arrests later in the video after running into a group of bad guys that are going around shooting civilians and police officers alike. After a total of three arrest, Zany officially ends the video.
