The best camping video ever, my sides were hurting when Al said he'd turned his socks into biscuits 😂😂😂

This was genuinely hilarious can you guys do a regular camping series ? 😂😂 The bickering 😂 I mean the banter.

went camping on this island about 16 years ago. a group of mates had chipped in for a speedboat for that summer. we made a few runs back and forth with supplies (booze, tents, sound system etc), first group there found a good spot to setup on the 'beach', fire started, music on, cans sparked waiting for the next group to arrive. Once everyone was there we were all too busy boozing, after about an hour someone noticed that the boat looked like it had started to sink. when we looked at it it was full of water. turns out no one had put the boat drain plug in before we launched and as it was sitting still in filled up with water. We were all too pissed to worry about it and made half arse attempt to bail it out. A few hours later we were visited by two guys (we named them the water gypsys/loch pirates), these guys basically hopped about the islands from party to party drinking your booze and eating your food. after a few hours we couldnt get rid of them and they ended up sleeping in their tiny boat next to our camp. its just as well they did, as they offered to tow our boat back to shore the next morning which must of took about 3 hours. cheers water gypsys/loch pirates, you drank all you could and saved the day.

Quick tip. If you decide to repeat this exercise. Get a roll of black bin bags and put all your gear in the bin bags then tie up the bags before you load them in the boat. Be careful not to rip them and you'll find all your gear stays dry. Very entertaining bickering by the way! I look forward to seeing part 2, at least so long as this doesn't turn out to be one of those 'found footage' horror movies. You didn't meet a Blair Witch or something out there?

Absolutely hilarious!! You should definitely make this into a regular series, the bickering, stupid giggling and burning socks make it hilarious! Also, will have to try the Bush Bread, looks divine 👌 Also, if you do go camping again, make a bedding roll: 1. Lay a tarp down flat 2. Put your sleeping mat on the centre of the tarp, along with your sleeping bag and any blankets and a teddy for cuddling 3. Roll it up together nice and tight and then tie it up, should keep it from getting wet and keeps all your stuff together! As an ex Guide leader we had this drilled into us everytime we went camping, especially with the Great British Weather!

Balloch and Luss are just across the river from me. Looks like you got lucky with the weather, but still pretty risky. Most of the year, the loch is grey, misty and choppy. This vid was an absolute laff riot. Everything in it is SO true, such as the bloody midges. Loved the bit with the crisps that are almost impossible to open. I buy those crisps occasionally and everyone struggles with it. 🤣
