Long story short without spoilers Tails Was frustrated for a long time about a stupid thing Sonic did a while back and a situation concerning Tails' parents and Sonic going on about how much Tails idolized him caused him to snap and this happened. A full blown fight ensues until Tails vents his frustrations and Sonic apologizes.

what about using Tails' birth name for the fusion? - Miles Prower. sure, he hates it because of the bullying from before knowing Sonic, but it gives more options for a fusion name. Sonower? Siles? Tailsic? Solis? Tonic? Tai'ic (tie-ick)? etc.
