I shouldnt need to break out the dps calcs but two 1 def pures both with 99 range using dragon knives, the difference in accuracy is less than 2% to hit against each other. Yet its niche enough for those specific account builds to pay even 100m for a body (resulting in a fixed price for the hides and other pieces of the set) due to the simple fact that its BIS for their bracket.

I have yet to actually partake in the Huey fight, but from what I hear players complain about, here are my blind recommendations: Make Huey rare drops ~30% more common (plus making the hide drop anywhere from 1-3 at a time; 50% for 1 hide, 40% for 2 hides, 10% for 3 hides). Increase supply drops by 30-50%. Increase prayer on each piece by +2 or +3 (this should be aligned as close as possible with proselyte). Make requirements to craft the d'hide set ~60-70 crafting.
It's not fun. I did 50 kills and after about 6 I was bored af. Only saw one seed drop and one page drop. Others were complaining a ton about not seeing any drops
@@ArmorRs I was actually excited to do the content with a few cc members once I got home from work for the day only to hear it was a waste of time. Needless to say, as a main, I did not even attempt doing it. I feel that Jagex has heard the complaints and will adjust all of the Varlamore part 2 content accordingly (buffing Huey drops, reducing cost of herblore minigame rewards, etc.). Once they make adjustments, I'll consider trying out the new content.
okay so imo, its not even the rates that are an issue. if these were worth the grind, itd be fine. but the new dhide is literally blessed hide, with like 10% more mage def. why would anyone grind them? the wand? horrendous. literal dog water worth of a weapon. the tome? i use mine on my iron to wipe my ass so i never have to buy more toilet paper. the tomes brown, no one will be able to tell. wand 11234567164521% needs a rework. make it like the freaking thamoran's scepter(cant spell, dont judge) where its powered AND can auto cast standard. its useless outside iron drags. the hide needs to come in pieces or like.. 1 hide / piece if its staying that long lol. i also feel 99% people are gonna want the god d hide for GWD anyways so i think its not really worth grinding past 1 piece you cant get from a clue the tome? im not even gonna waist more time typing why thats not worth staying for. REWORK/REBALANCE THE NEW ITEMS FROM HUEY OR ITS GOING TO BE HELLA DEAD CONTENT, other than maybe early irons seeing if they get lucky for the wand to help with annoying tasks or get the hide for blessed hide they dont have YETTTT, and pet hunters

I spent all my time at mixology when I could play, I should have green log tomorrow with changes to prices (waited to buy anything) then I can finally train herb and get 99 on my iron and restock my damn pots and get back to PvM.. Huey never peaked my interest but apparently ill have to waste time on it because a master clue stash needs some of the items?
You know when rs1 rs2 and rs3 were out people were not complaining much at all about drops and drop rates. I feel like all of that started when iron man mode came out. It’s an rng based game . Seems like people just want stuff given to them and not grind for it. Yes I’m happy we’re able to interact with jagex about things and they are willing to make those changes but damn people need to stop crying and just play the damn game.
That was an odd comment by Tasty, suggesting making the Reddit teleports as microtransactions… Once that starts the flood gates will be opened and the game will be ruined.
I knew huey would be dead content when i saw the update. No point going for a maxed main bedsides collection logs. But I'd rather enjoy the game in another area far before trying huey.
6-7 minute kills in a trio? maybe in bad gear but we were doing average 3 minute kills in a 3 man that damage boost goes hard on top of that I was being super lazy just tanking the auto attacks and barely eating
Doing triple kills was getting 3-4m kills, we are all mot even maxed about 100cb That's close to 30-40 kills a hour... I mean you can't expect drops every kill or every day? I mean if that's the case then any drop could be argued. Huey feels like a GIM or low/ very low level mid game players. I'm sorry but if you are wearing 1b of gear to farm masses. Then what are you doing lol?
3-4m kills equals 30-40 kills an hour? What the actual shit are you smoking? 3m kills = 20/h 4m kills =15/h You literally state 3-4m kills and then proceed to DOUBLE the kph.
