There are people who say, this isn't real. Those people are just ignoring reality. They don't want to believe it because it's so gross and disturbing.

This is "based on a true story" The sister was added to the story to make it more intense. I watched a lot of the interviews, when this movie first came out. Reality is much worst than this movie could portray!

Tom Ballard said most is dramatic recreations but not all. The lone village thing didn't happen according to him. Some of the guys they had on set as protection suddenly disappeared one day. They reappeared some time later. They found out later that they helped bust a ring and rescue a bunch of victims while they were "missing" from the set.

This is a true story.

When I hear people say it's not real I just seeth. My neices were trafficked and it was VERY real to them. Bless you for presenting this movie.

Reminder: do not trust the people that made this movie on anything else, ever. And the actual work involved with fighting trafficking is far more mundane and horrible and is rarely an action movie.

Thank you for taking the time to watch this and review. I can not believe the amount of hate this film got. It did an amazing job of turning this real horrible reality into this cinema thriller. You will be left thinking about how you can make a difference 😊
