Hi! I'm happy to offer my tips! I definitely know what it feels like to go through a confidence crisis. I always suggest to focus on doing stuff that is fun to you. Often when we're stressed and don't have confidence, it is enhanced when we're trying to focus on doing everything right too. Instead, try doing something that you can relax while doing it. Maybe this is mounted games, maybe it's riding in a field, maybe it's just hacking with no expectations. Then, you may find yourself willing to canter, and you will be more relaxed while doing it!

That's great! What helped you get your confidence back?

Parker a lesson horse because I had a really bad fall of a horse charly and I was scared to ride but Parker helped me get it back because I started riding him again

Yes her rubber boots are her stable boots and the leather ones are just for riding :) It helps keep them clean and the rubber ones are more comfortable to wear for longer/walking around

Holly would certainly not care. I have done tons of crazy things around/on her in my vids. Unfortunately I can’t do that now because I actually no longer own her, this was an old video.
