I've been with my woman for 17 years. Through raising kids, surgeries, unemployment, and losing parents. Having a good partner by your side is a real gift so it's a good thing to show it publicly from time to time.

I could not get past the first few lines and started crying. Tomorrow is the 7th anniversary of my husband’s passing. It seems like yesterday he was taken Home. I love him as much today as the day he died. So for me to listen to this song in its entirety will have to wait. I love watching the love between the two of you. Jai, when I was younger I was always ashamed that I cry for everything.. happy,sad,angry. I’ve grown to understand that I’m a empath, which I think you are too… music touches me sometimes way deep in my soul.. I often feel the pain, heartache, joy or happiness in my core… I’ve come to understand it’s a good thing!! This is one of my favorite Chris Stapleton covers. It moves me too. Just attended his concert in Lexington, KY last night and he blew me away and I've been listening to him and watching these videos for a long time. Better live...and watching him perform in his birthplace with his wife, they were just so happy that it was such a good night and people were so welcoming. This is my favorite song to slow dance with my husband. He played it and What Are You Listening To which I absolutely love live. Made my night!

43 years ago when my husband and I were walking down the aisle.......the bets were flying, saying we would never make it. Dont listen to the haters. There will always be haters. Listen to your hearts. Oh don't get me wrong....there were times that the mountain got kinda hard to climb, that we had to work hard at it. But hard work is what makes everything worth while. Keep on smilin and keep on lovin!! And, I was promised a road trip at 50 yrs!! He is gonna be payin up!! LOL

I love watching, and listening to you both when you do your reviews. I feel the same about my girlfriend. We have been through so much. I've been going through a situation in my life battling cancer, ( twice in 5 years ) and she has been my rock. The chemo and stuff has had me really moody, and mentally as well as physically messed up, but she has had my back through it all. This video of you both has helped me appreciate her even more. I don't know who those people are who think love looks like "perfection", but I have seen many seemingly perfect couples dissolve into nothing...because they weren't being real. Instead of skating over issues or thinking you don't have any...surfing together through the ebb and flow of REAL lives, and REAL emotions is where true beauty lies. If you are expecting perfection, you're setting yourselves up for failure. Listen to elderly couples who are still in love after 40, 50, 60 years together. It's not perfect, but its committed love and communication and growth. And it is so refreshing to see another woman not afraid to voice her appreciation for the blessing of the man she has in her life and display the tenderness her Creator has BLESSED HER WITH AS A GIFT. I--very recently (2 days ago)--realized that I am NOT with the man who will recognize and attend to "the small things" and have decided to close the book on that chapter of my life. Half-- keep being you. Keep being an example to other men out there and a light of hope to women who know God has someone in this world worthy and deserving of their loyalty and love. I pray blessings and continued joy for you both as you grow together in His love. Please pray strength over me as I seek to move on and forward to better things.
