This Was the Hardest Week of 75 Hard // Days 2-7

Frozen washcloths are amazing for teething, also the heat. Teething was the worst, our 3 always ended up with major diaper rashes blisters and all. Our nephews always ended up with ear infections. Parenting is for real rough but such a blessing!

Having babies builds character. I cannot imagine how childless couples learn to keep going no matter what.

Started my 75 on 8/1. Day two was the hardest so far. Love your updates and practical insights. So glad to hear baby June is feeling better.

I love Redmond Re-Lyte and Ultima Replenisher both in Pina Colada. I also add unsweetened cranberry juice. I prefer walks/hikes and swinging kettlebells. My favorite kettlebell instructor is Lauren Brooks. Daniel didn't scream much when he was younger. He either cried or became lethargic. He doesn't move very much when he is sick. Thomas died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome seven weeks after his birth in 2011. I mostly remember he laughed more than he cried.

I heard if adults had our teeth come in like children we would loose our minds due to the pain. Hang in there and love and take care of your family as best you can.

So I have a very big metal shed and super large garage..and we declutter and trying to reorganizing the area mean these are some very big areas with a lot of antiques things that were my mother’s my sister-in-law, my grandmothers and myself and I’m already I’m near 60 so these rooms have been holding on now. It’s not like an area we can walk in, but it’s time to get rid of so much stuff and trying to make it to where it’s less so we have a lot of good items you know like shelves that I can stack stuff off, but I’m going through it all I’ve probably already made10 trips to the thrift store., the churches and more I’m still working on it, but I give myself no more than an hour and a half of hard work. I’m in Houston and I’m not feeling the heat the same way, but this has to get done sooner than later. There’s big plans coming to a lot of these spaces so I need to clear them out and re-organize them. I’m working with four spaces.

Purchase ‘teeth tamer’. It’s an essential oil blend. Only natural ingredients. Definitely helps.

Teething rings that can be washed and refrozen. Have a few on hand so one can be frozen and one in the mouth at all times.

William, I am so, so glad you have put the common sense element into 75 Hard. I was Just thinking about the outdoor workput (in lightening/bad storms, etc) and also balancing 12 hour work days away from home woth thebprogram.

When I've had special events with special desserts in the middle of 75hard, I just take a small portion of it and freeze it to have on day 76. Kinda defeats the purpose but keeps things on track for the 75.
