Facts me too bro I remember going there as a kid, cash in pocket after probably weeks of nagging my poor mum, but I got to the store got the game. I remember this all so vividly this will forever be my favourite just all the memories associated with it

It’s funny to see that this is remembered as a poor Career Mode. I remember completing an entire 15-season career mode on this game (definitely didn’t play every single game), and used to love the regen system where existing players would retire and be replaced by an identical player with lower OVR and a different name. Back in the days where I had the time to play video games enough to complete an entire career. Memories!

The barebones of career mode is exactly what made that mode great back then, it was just playing games and searching the transfer market, but then there was no scouting system so all the attributes and overalls were available from the get go

As someone who played Superstar Soccer on Snes and Pes from ps1 until 2010, i can say clearly that Fifa 11 was the Football game that i've ever had fan playing. Never enjoying Sports game that much.
