It is blatantly obvious that you are not an attorney. First- Kamala was a state attorney general, had it been the State of NY maybe that statement makes some since but, it doesn’t. Second-the law changes with every judgment rendered AND actual changes or additions to the laws set in motion by Congress each session, meaning…laws are constantly changing and do not stay the same by design. Kamala has not practiced since entering politics in 2016. The laws change a lot in one year which is why attorneys have to take CLE courses to keep their license EVERY year.
