While SuMetal is performing this, the other girls are taking a break to come back after this song and perform their own songs under Black Babymetal subgroup. This is live at Budokan 2014, reaching this huge goal with only 16 and 14 yo, big international artists performed here like The Beatles among many others, so you get the idea how huge this is. Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。 Grington300 explained everything you need to know. One thing I can add is that this is Su's solo in 7th of the setlist that day and she did another solo as 6th, too. Prior to Su, Moa and Yui did their two duo songs as 4th and 5th.
Great reaction. I can see you are well into the FOXHOLE! This song saved me from my pet loss of an 18 year old dog. The song tells us that love for someone is for you to cherish forever. After hearing this song, I can see photos of my dog with a smile and feel the gratitude for having made my life so much richer. BABYMETAL always make me feel this way.
Nice reaction, thanks! You just listened to and witnessed my all time personal favorite song and live performance. Saying that this is the pure expression of perfection is to fall short. Because I love everything about it, being this totally in my alley musically. And yes, I know that there are better versions (believe it or not), mainly because of Su's vocal maturity (note that she was just 16 at the time). But this one is incredibly special to me, since watching this concert and specially her three solos, made me a die-hard fan. We usually stay focused on the obvious: those guitars solos are truly amazing. But the bass lines are outstanding and Hideki's double bass is just impeccable. You are not the only one fooled by the song's intro. To the point they performed a one time acoustic version (unfinished) at Legend 1997 concert as you have already been told. Until next time! 🤘🦊
Their is actually an 'unfinished version' aka piano version of Akatsuki as well, she performed it ones at Legend 1997. Just react to that, it's really good.

there are several other versions of this song such as Akatsuki Unfinished and Akatsuki Live Budokan 2021 with an acoustic guitar intro like the album version and guitar solos replaced with fight choreography. . maybe you should see it for yourself
Su has 4 Solo songs; Akatsuki, No Rain No Rainbow, Rondo of Nightmare, and Amore -which is one of my favorite, if not *the* favorite Babymetal song. 🔥 🦊 🔥 but that’s not all! Su has her 4 Babymetal solo songs, but she has performed other songs on her own, as covers. “Tamashii no Rufuran” and “White Love”. Check them out, especially Tamashii- one of her best vocal performances!
