Nothing like the light you get after a storm. Many of same advantages of getting up early, and none of the effort. 😊 I took the OM-1 up to the Sierras last week, used the Hi-Res feature for the first time, and was so pleased with the results that it will probably be a regular thing going forward.
I live using hi-res when you've got some big vistas to capture - really helps if you feel like cropping about a bit and if you get it right you can make a pano really easily by cropping down to a wide shot. Definitely love a bit of post storm mood though - quite handy as it's all we seem to have had since October!
