Jonathan Karl is not doing his job very well he knew the questions to be asked and was unprepared to rebut he gave Scott a platform to spread GOP propaganda without any push back very disappointed in his journalistic integrity.

Actually by saying “ Okay you’re not going to answer the question” is the best way to deal with the likes of Tim Scott and I think he handled the lies and the misdirected answers very well. It came across to me that Tim Scott was lying so bad, that it looked comedic. Jonathan made that exposition so much more obvious and treated him as he should when he didn’t answer the first question. Like a joke.

I totally agree with you. The American media has some cleaning up to do. My question is this : Why is the American media so afraid to question the likes of anyone who supports Donald Trump? Especially the members of Congress and the Senate.

Not voting is a vote-so true. Each person counts towards a Congressional rep’s district-you are actually a part of their earnings, which they are trying so hard to keep. That’s the strength of Trump-each rep’s desire for winning, power…and their own salary, merely for Trump’s supposed popularity. What the young Black men are saying is, give us opportunities to make livings, our own salaries and an un-harassed life. But, if they don’t vote, the other votes within a rep’s district count more.
The first two brothers are not paying keen attention. The last brother is the smartest of all. If you couch vote, you voted for someone. And it might be the wrong person.

I watched the opening interview and was so embarrassed for Scott. I liked Jonathan how you ended with 'so you won't answer that question..." right on point. But you need to time your interjections so they hit the first time. You'll get there. Again, I am more a fan with these being recorded and shared on RU-vid. Respect.
Jeffries should’ve said the GOP is taking the knee - they went after a young black football player for taking the knee. Not against the country itself, but against the police who seem to be able beat and/will kill young black men - my cousin is a retired police chief and we’re on opposite ends of the pool noodle
The irony of listening to Woodward & Bernstein is that the press was actually doing it's job as the "Fourth Estate" in those days. It wasn't about pandering to one party or the other in order to amplify talking points. It kept both parties honest. Today the press in all forms (including influencers, pod casters, and late night comedians) has become part of the political rhetoric rather than a referee of it.
