Oh, well because they have immunity. You can get at them only if the government lifts the immunity. Yeah, we got immunity. Yeah, we can decide to lift it if needed. ... huh? what? Do we feel we should lift it to prosecute the ATF? .... nah not really. We need those guys because reasons. I mean we don't want to overwork normal law enforcement with gun law enforcement. That's why we were made. Sometimes we get antsy when we never see any action because law abiding Americans are lame and boring. You understand when we're TOTALLY SCARED when we elect to use a no knock raid at 6am after cutting the power to a house for a guy we weren't even trying to arrest.

You can’t be pro gun and pro law enforcement. It’s literally in the name. Law enforcement Even if it’s an unconstitutional law they will enforce it. Very few people in law enforcement have spines to recognize right from wrong, only paycheck versus punishment

57 seconds, how exactly do they know it was 57 seconds? ATF activated the ring doorbell by covering it with tape. It was recording at that time, it had zero view due to the taped camera lens but the audio was still going. They know if they knocked, they know if they clearly identified themselves. So this empty side show hearing will change nothing because all they do is grandstand and talk

They put tape over the door camera which proves premeditated murder. The home owner couldn't see that they were not home invaders which was the obvious intent. This seems beyond a shadow of doubt they intended murder.

Little Rock does have body cams, and are required to use them. ATF claimed that their policy is for local PD's to follow their own policies, and they do not instruct the officers against using them when participating in these type of raids. Someone needs to ask Little Rock why their officers were not following their policy. Did the ATF instruct them not to, or are they just deciding on their own to not follow the rules?

The Malinowski case was terrible. We paid the salaries of ATF to murder that man. The people making those decisions were so uncaring and incompetent that they should be fired. They should also face criminal charges. Murder is murder. You can argue that it was some version of negligent homicide. Either way, it was criminal. No getting around that.

His wife didn’t grab the gun he did. His wife was kept in a car without a heater on in her nightclothes in 32 degree weather for four hours and not allowed the use of the restroom. And they didn’t allow her to check on her murdered husband.

One thing rarely mentioned about this case. It was not an arrest warrant, it was a search warrant. Big difference and could have,,/. should have been handled totally different.
