I wonder if this is a bluetooth device that uses the person as an off on switch, where nothing through the body is actually passed but, like when you touch someone with static electricity you shock them. Same thing its basically using you as a conduit and then when you touch something it turns it on..... I am very skeptical where this is a gimmick on off switch.
