I follow every speech for Nouman Ali Khan His speeches are the best, I would really appreciate if the background sounds is removed. His speeches are good enough, the background sounds are not enhancing the video, it is distracting me and many people who I know.

anyone else with severely abusive parents that you dont talk to, feel really hurt when you listen to last part? my mom would beat me so much one time I was 9 and she strangled me. my dad left when I was 4
