If there are no rules about movable aerodynamic devices on the car, there's certainly other solutions you could implement - see the DRS systems used in F1. You'd probably be the first in NPK to do this. (Might want to try to hide it, though.)

It has to have so much rear steer because the car is trying to drive around Justin's weight, In a sense the car is trying to scoop up Justin's weight and push it down the track straight by having the rear end drive to Justin's Position instead straight down the driveshaft. The front end then has to alter its path to keep the car driving straight instead of to the left.

I don't know if you're watching these videos but if you watch the rear of your car is driving hard left it looks like it has a lot of rear steer. I know that's normal for these cars but yours is just 10 times worse than the others it really make some move.
