However, for maximum utilisation of my time, I generally dont "watch" but "listen" to your videos, TED talks, other inspirational videos, news debates, etc at 2X speed while doing some other work (work apart from office work or studying).

I realised that somehow I always got lucky and that that badly affected my behaviour and attitude I became overconfident , cuz I with time I developed a believe that I am lucky and somehow in the end things will turn good for me ..😣😣 and now I found my fault .. this thinking overruled my life for past few years and made me into a foolish luck dependent , overconfident guy ... I really gave up on hard work 😒 and from a long time I'm just a couch potato , I'm unhappy when I go to bed , that satisfaction is not there from long time that anything I could be proud of myself. .. yes 😥 I've got my mistake and now I'll work on it soon ... After watching your videos I went from 0-5 hrs of studying in a day since a week. I'm really thankful for all the great input & your time. I accept the 7-day challenge & I will be the director of my own life. To other procrastinators I would like to suggest the book ' Solving the procrastination puzzle '.
