60 g corn starch
200 g ground almonds
bake at 160 degrees Celsius (320°F) Under heat with CIRCULATING AIR (with convection) on medium rack for about 20-25 minutes
OR bake at 175 degrees Celsius (350°F) Under heat Without circulating air (without convection) on medium rack for about 40-45 minutes
70 g almond flakes
50 g grated chocolate as a decoration
