Brother give you way better off to Soder Those wire connections to have Better contact as it's not to hard to do with a little bit of Flux to help the soder to stick then tape up
Kept the injection on my bike and I havnt had any issues with it, I've put about 2000kms on it and looking thru the exhaust port the piston looks mint. Did you bleed the air out of the oil system? Maybe the way you "chamfered" the ports? I did mine with a small round file.
I grabbed the same zuma off Facebook marketplace. I do my own rebuilds I have a few bikes but this my first 2 stroke scooter ( they’re hard to find) Excited about building it up to its full potential 1. What did you use to restore the fairing shine coat? 2. I seen the speed test video. The TS was 47 mph but I seen in the comments someone was going 60 mph and hit a curve! What was the big change????
Good to hear bro! Good luck! Keep me posted with progress! I’d like to see your TS 1. I coated the fairings with maxima SC1. Let it soak into the plastics and it stays on pretty well! 2. I have not done the “full throttle mod” which is cutting that cam on the carb. You should be able to look it up easily on YT. I’ll do that this summer and hopefully see a big change but I’v gained some weight and weigh 240 and don’t wanna over heat the little guy haha. Temps are already pretty high. Im thinking a bigger carb will help out a ton too
Thanks for actually replying 😂. I’ll be sure to document my rebuild. Really wanna start a small engine channel. Just wanna return the help and love I received from YT and the bike community
Awesome build man! I do have to ask, what are those scuff marks from? Has it been dumped it over a curb or something? Not insinuating you were the one who did it, but just curious if someone has crashed or dumped it?
Yeah dude long story. So I’ll sum it up for you. So one day this knuckle head, took my zuma and tried it impress some girls he saw in a parking lot. He then realized how extremely fast this 70cc BBK actually was. He lost control and flew into a curb doing 60 mph and he is now dead laying in the taco bell parking lot lol. But the scooter made it out just fine besides the couple scratches you see during the video.
@@MintWorxTv thanks for the info. Appreciate it. Man must’ve cleared the street between the parking lot and Taco Bell then. I assume it was the parking lot by THE Zips?
You could have left the original oil pump and just added some oil to the tank I think like a capful of oil or something like that... Then you would have plenty of oil.
What ratio are you mixing now with that 70 Big Bore Kit? And what spark plug do you run now please and thank you. I'm building exactly the same thing right now is why I asked
I hope not, 1:50 is the best ratio for most castiron 70cc kits. Now when your going for a mid to high-end setup (11+k rpm powerband) you'll have to mix in more oil to make sure there is as little friction between your cilinder and your piston rings as possible, also keep in mind that the extra oil will also help cool the engine which is nice when your powerband is higher in the rpms. But never use too much oil as it can build up in the exhaust port and make it harder for the engine to get rid of its exhaust gasses(can also affect porttiming in a really bad case). To make sure youre using the right ratio i always start by jetting the carburator right. Them i will ad 2 parts oil every test, so 1:48 1:46 and so on until my spark plug either gets wet or black from the carbon, then put in a new plug and start reducing the oil by 1 part until it doesnt get wet or black
Hi i have a 100cc model and was wondering if you could gove me the part details of your build so i can get my back to 100% performance really enjoyed watching 😊😊😊😊
bro i was 14 when i got a yahama bws and same year put 70cc on and mine didnt blow up and now im 15 doing it again for the 4th time this time with a amazon 70cc but with 21mm carb and 8 inch pipe
I wired my turn signals directly with the original sockets since i’ve done the same with a Yamaha Razz for the JDM tail light & whenever I brake the turn signals cancel out? Is the turn signal relay/resistor necessary & will it help fix that problem? I have the same Bugeye Zuma as well
Mine is just like the one in the video and it only has one headlight that comes on and if you hit the switch the other headlight comes on is that the way they are made?
@@Nicktheblasian but why is it like that it's got two lights in the front and they should both be able to light up when you buy it. If something has two lights then they should both light up.
