राजेश खन्ना जी ने ऐसे ही सबसे पहले सुपरस्टार का खिताब नहीं जीता था। वह दौर जब खून से लड़कियां उनके लिए खत लिखा करतीं थीं। इतने अधिक इमोशनल हो गए थे कि आंसू संभालने से अधिक बह रहे थे। शबाना आजमी तो खूबसूरती में रेखा से भी अधिक हैं और रोल लाजबाव। आज के परिवेश में ऐसी फिल्मों की अधिक आवश्यकता है। टूटते रिश्ते, टूटता परिवार।हर तरह त्राहि-त्राहि मची हुई है। रिश्तों को दो ही चीजें मारती हैं शक और खामोशी।खामोशी वह खाई है जिसकी भरपाई जीवन भर के आंसूओं से भी नहीं हो सकती है।गर दोनों की शादी हो जाएं तो जीवन भर रोने के बाद भी परिणाम खामोशी के कुछ भी नहीं आता है। अति उत्तम मुवी 😭❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I watched this movie long years ago and all i wanted all the way throughout was Neema to trust Arun and stick with him. Now i rewatch it and i can see that Arun keeps on talking a lot to her about many things, except for who Karuna really was. Karuna was the daughter of his beloved late friend and Arun never told his WIFE about that friendship?! Now, if a husband will see a wife's male friend feeding her cookies in her mouth and celebrating together a graduation that the husband wouldn't know anything about, will this husband feel comfortable with it? Arun was having a hard time after his father's death, thatstrue, but he was also neglecting Neema more and more. Even when she was asking for a lottle time together for a picnic like husband and wife, he was busy pleasing the other women of the house first. I think a wife can understand to a pretty high extent, but little by little she finds herself as a side-chick in his life, if he doesn't commumicate. Its a pretty delicate matter. I agree Neema acted impulsive when she left and asked for divorce, but Arun himself didn't actually clarify anything for her, he only played the misunderstood husband without really bothering to understand Neema's feelings himself.
