Term limits and cognitive tests would work fine. I'd hate to see Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders turfed out for age, and it would have been too bad if Thurgood Marshall had been, too. I'm in favor of term limits for judges.
I’m so disappointed in Robert’s lack of leadership and not pulling rank and coming down on these corrupt judges and long time ago. These four need to go and it can’t happen fast enough.

Roberts really messed up when he presided over the impeachment and winked at the Republicans. He allowed the question for Trump's team to answer about whether to consider the impeachment as a partisan action. That was a fatal error.
In my opinion America should Legislate 10 year terms, Judges retire at 70, ext3nd the Bench to 13. Make it illegal for Judges to accept cash or gifts of any value. Increase SCOTUS pay by $100k per year. Make it illegal to give Judges gifts or cash if any value.
I agree to all the above, and as a nurse for 40 some odd years, at every facility worked at, we were not allowed to take gifts of any kind from patients or their families.

Thomas fought to get on the court and the first thing he announces is his dissatisfaction with the salary - so he was open on day one to accept bribes, sell out the country and abuse his power. Hi Libby, Roberts suffers from seizures. Also, it is POTUS who appoints the Chief Justice. Since Biden is POTUS and will be for another 4 years. Yesterday I refreshed my crystals & worked all day on my sacred objects from a lifetime of adventure and travel. Last night I meditated to connect with my guides. What a lesson we are learning. Our forefathers are probably turning in their graves never never thinking our leaders would ever be this corrupt. A betrayal of the highest court deserves jail. Rest of us can’t jaywalk without trouble. Also hate Thomas has enjoyed a position of power and honor all these years when he could have been slapped down years ago during Anita Hill hearings. If there is money trail, none of these justices should be allowed to just walk away.
