So this interview confirms that Too Long was the very first track of Discovery finished and I’m not surprised by it, the beats are similar to the ones in "Around The World" and the phaser effect is the same than the one in "Fresh". There is also a French interview that confirmed it, which even said that they made it before "One More Time", so that would put the production of the track around early 1998. So much interesting
