The audio here is not edited, this is how it actually came out, at least for the Intro Sequence, the Engine Roll Call and Credits. I don't know what is with Amazon Instant Video (or any other subscription streaming sites for that matter) and their desire to make Season 12 have low tone audio, but whatever.
