There is a school we all love well, 'tis Thomas Jefferson. Her glories we will always tell, our Thomas Jefferson. On field and campus winning boys and girls already stand for dear ol' Thomas Jefferson, our Alma Mater Grand. Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson, dear ol' school of mine. I'll sing thy praises everywhere, dear Thomas Jefferson.
I may not be able to play my cornet as I did in '67, but I still get a little misty when I hear our School Song. It was air conditioned back then. You open the door and let it in. I never saw upper classmen debasing Sophomores in our three years there. Verbal jabs, yes, but more or less with dignity. The Class of '65 had class as did '66 and I think we carried that torch with dignity. If a class does not emulate another's leadership, they lessen their own legacy! But she's still Jefferson!
I'm so glad that I was a part of the Majestic Legacy. Graduating in the early 80's we were still a prestigious school. How lucky I was to be a part of this amazing campus

Mr. Kole and Liz Castano, '66 TJH Graduate, were at the Jim's on I 10 and Wurzbach...led me to getting to see Mr. Kole's lakehouse at Canyon Lake. Mrs. Kole, ayed "Schindler's List" with The SA Municipal Band. WOW !
Magnificent Jefferson! Truly, she has no equal and is one of a kind in her own right. She has changed since I was there. She is air conditioned. I recall days when it was so hot all you could do was sit at your desk and sweat. The student body has made a 180-degree change. Upperclassmen no longer order underclassmen to pick up their trash and be proud of their school. The same athletic material no longer attends so fewer trophies. English is not the first language. But, she is still Jefferson!
