Thomas the tank engine in real life! Thomas and friends. Thomas Struggles On The Hill! Percy was here also. Strasburg Railroad hosted this special event. Steam locomotives, diesel SW8, old passenger cars and freight cars were all here. Millenniumforce and I rode one of the trains with his crew and fans. I will be posting our train ride video from here also. Strasburg Railroad is a really cool operation and they also have freight service. Several covered hopper cars were being unloaded near the station while we were here. Filmed June 21, 2018 at Strasburg, Pennsylvania. Thanks for watching! No way could I love trains more. Then you give us Thomas and a caboose. It just doesn't get any better! Add kiddo and horse & buggy. Overdose on love. The only way to go. Listen, I hear Thomas..."I think I can, I think I can". Also hear the kids. GREAT!!!

I was born and raised in MtCarmel Pa but never knew that Thomas was so close to my house !!! My grandson loves trains and especially Thomas and his friends !!!! He has several of the train sets . I sent this video to my daughter so she can share it with my grandson. I know he will love it !!! So cool how Thomas actually smiles !!!! Soooo cute !!! Thank you for sharing this special train with us !!!

I saw one of the Thomas trains in Illinois when I was younger. It's still feels great to see real ones chugging along. I was NOT prepared to see the mouth move, though!!!!! 2:49 I grew up with the original model era, so seeing anything other than the eyes moving is starting to get a little uncanny.

We vacation in Lancaster county every 3-4 years and the Strasburg RR is always a must visit. Last time we were there was just before a Thomas and friends weekend. One of the locomotives was there under wraps.

I was never into Thomas and Friends growing up. And now, with my niece and nephew going crazy over Thomas, I looked him up to familiarize myself with the source. I had no idea it was based off of children's books from the 1940s; that was enough to intrigue me. So I got the first 26 books that the Reverend Wilbert Awdry wrote for the Railway Series, now I hope to get the remaining 16 that Christopher Awdry wrote. I'm completely hooked. My favorite engines so far are Thomas, Edward, and James. I would be ecstatic to have them pull some trains here in Washington state.

Got my first Thomas book for my 5th birthday in April, 1952. This Thomas is an impostor. The original Thomas has inside cylinders & bigger driving wheels, plus he had vacuum brakes and screw couplings!

My son grew up playing with thomas the engine. We still have his first generation thomas from Lionel trains. We usually run it at christmas time. With charlie brown and lucy handcart at christmas time also. The children love it also the grown up kids like me. Thanks that was truly a great video jawtooth. Youre the best in my book.

Do you know about CharlesRO in Massachusetts? You should really go in that place sometime. Their website probably gives a good indication of what the place is like. I was thinking the right place but I didn't believe it was in Malden. It is. We were in the old store. Smaller. It leaves quite an impression.

So nice to see both Thomas and Percy. Don't know if you have come to CT but pre-Covid he was housed at the Essex steam train museum. He goes on tour periodically. Had never seen Percy before. So cool to see them together.

2:29ni remember going through that "tree tunnel" when i had my visit and road thomas. I called it a tree tunnel when i went there because it was tons of trees tilting and forming an arched tunnel. i whent there in 2013 (i was 3 at that time)

Really surprised to see you went to Strasburg PA and filmed Percy and Thomas The Tank Engine. When my son was very young he like to watch Thomas videos. We also took him over to see, ride and have him sit on the front of Thomas. I live in the next county west and have been to the Strasburg RR many times and the Corn maze near there.

Yes, a real steam engine. They have a bunch of fake Thomas that are just wagons that get pushed by the train. I saw several of the fake ones and finally found a real one
