What a super interview. Archie is a brilliant interviewer - always a big smile - but his questions are simple and hit the mark. TT responded with honesty and was very thought provoking. He's nobody's fool. A very worthy watch.
I think the reason for this is that Bayern haven't played so inconsistently for a long time, especially in the league. Even in the games that are won 3-0, you see mistakes in defense, for example, that simply shouldn't happen as Bayern Munich.
@Inversible100 those mistakes weren't caused by Tuchel, because they ready happened under Nagelsmann. Most likely did the Kovac reign cause an instability within the squad, which Bayern tries to stabilize.
We are project in MAY and August Studio of 2023 from finish album THE NEW ALBUM COMING UP 26TH JANUARY COMING TO NEW MUSIC AND NEW RECORD WITHOUT ROBERT LEWANDOWSKI.
Im October the music video gas the calling Songs me myself & I Go sun goes down of the of the street we are family of never coming back of the summer. It's so sad you know I'm thank you for say I'm not be happy the end because the happy ending.
I've felt, for a while now, that Tommy Tuchs gives some of the most straightforward and honest interviews amongst his managerial peers. So many of them beat around the bush and speak in metaphors. He tells it how he sees it.
Bayern can win the Champions League and I'd be happy for them. But their dominance in Germany (11 league titles in a row) is hurting German football, so I really hope they won't win the league again this year.
I think it’s funny how open and kinda happy Tuchel speaks with the English media. In Germany he’s just pissed and battles with major „experts“. I like that haha
As an English man id love to see tuchel manage our national team, I know it's probably never going to happen but the way he manages teams and the way he plays attacking football he would get the best out of foden, saka, grealish, bellingham and kane, I think he gets a lot of unfair criticism from the likes of lothar matteus and other German pundits and fans, I've only started watching bayern this season since Harry Kane left us for bayern and the only two things I don't understand is 1. Why he doesn't play Thomas muller more, he has the most intelligent football brain and he brings the best out of Harry kane, and 2. Why bayern concede the amount of goals they do, with neuer, davies, kim, upa and de ligt to me on paper that is the best back four in the world. I really hope bayern go all the way in the champions league, I despise arsenal obviously and Manchester city have bought their way to success, not so many years ago man city were a championship/ mid-low table premier league team, plus it would be nice to see Harry Kane get the trophies he so well deserves after being so loyal to us for the years he did, and the icing on the cake would be kane getting his hands on the euros trophy in Munich this summer but I won't hold my breath on that one 😂 good luck tuchel, kane & bayern for the rest of the season!
Muller and musiala played together against hoffenheim, don't get me wrong musiala would be my first name on the team sheet, but as a winger like against hoffenheim, with muller in the centre behind kane, just my opinion mate, you prob know more about your team than I do, I only started watching bayern this season.
Tomorrow x together the first English songs magic .
He feels like a different guy when he is not interviewed by German media. I always think he seemed so happy at Chelsea until this American Billionaire arrived, but on the other hand it cost his marriage.
i wouldn’t read too much into it. Tuchel is a super transparent coach and we have a special relationship with him, from taking over from Frank Lampard and a lot of pessimism surrounding the move at the time, he won us the Champions League and Club World Cup, and he stuck with us during the time of sanctions and media coverage… we will always appreciate Tuchel for sticking with us, but I think the circumstances built a special bond between coach, staff, players and club. I’ll always be grateful for the Tuchel era and it’s easy to see why he feels more appreciated in England.
Can we all admit that the Bundesliga is way better than the EPL? Ultra fans, drinks are allowed in stands, respect between fans, and no racism towards players. EPL- is all about what I just said.
@@gamestar70 I looked it up and for sure you can use it in a romantic context. In a non romantic context I wonder what rizz adds to the charisma because I feel it's more than just an abbreviation. If it's just charisma as I know it for me Tuchel has rizz and is authentic.
Tuchel always seemed more relaxed and smiling when doing interviews with English people. When he was Chelsea coach he was so happy and even stay living in England 6 month after he was hired and had to be deported.
Usually german reporters try to focus on negative narratives, which seems to be less pronounced over on the isle. There getting informative statements from coaches is more of importance than trying to push them to say something which reporters want to hear

Great interview. I dont support a team in european competition so I like to root for bayern with how many likable characters they have. Never been a fan of tuchel tactics but i always enjoy hearing him speak and of course his accolades speak for themselves.
I'm absolutely not a Bayern fan, but I just find Tuchel really likeable. In my opinion, the fact that Dortmund didn't continue with him at the time is the reason why they didn't become champions and Munich can be so happy with him.
Unfortunately Germany is a rough place for players and coaches. Maybe the critique is not as harsh as the british media can be - but in Germany it feels like you cannot satisfy the media and fans at all, no matter what you do. Many people got a negative opinion all the time about everything...
Whenever Southgate finally goes (after the Euro's?), TT should be one the main candidates for the England job ahead of the WC in 2026. Would cook as a tournament manager - especially with our talent pool of Kane, Bellingham, Foden, Rashford, Stones, Trent, etc. Saw everything I needed in that run with Chelsea when they won the CL.
First coach ive ever heard admit he actually learns from this players ....How cool was that Tuchel seems like a great guy I would love to play under him if I was a player
Definitely the wrong coach and apparently lacking of the means to have a substantial impact on his players. Arrogant in German interviews, to balance the adulation of his English interviews.
As a lifelong Bayern fan I’m shocked at how some players have performed. Kimmich hasn’t been playing very well, Goretzka is always hurt, and Liamer isn’t good enough to connect with attacking players. I think a real number 6 is exactly that this team is missing. This next transfer window will determine how long Tuchel stays. 🤷♂️
I am a German and I hate the german attitude about criticizing everything and to be so negative. Tuchel is a very good coach and he handled the circumstances without a squad depth and with injury’s very well. Hope he can stay little longer than 25 and create something and be free.
Chelsea should’ve stuck by him. He would do wonders with their squad + a few additions. To go from Tuchel to Potter, Lampard and Pochettino epitomises the decline.
Thomas Tuchel might feel underappreciated in Germany simply because everyone who isn't a supporter of the FC Bayern dislikes anyone working at the club and because everyone who is a supporter of the Bayern is overly critical of every little thing Bayern's coaches, staff, players, etc do. I support a _very_ different club than Bayern and I think Tuchel is a nice guy, very eloquent, very thoughtful, clearly a genuinely great coach and manager (I remember him giving a talk to managers from very different fields than football once about how his role as a coach at Mainz and how he wasn't there to teach football to the players as they all already knew how to play but rather to manage them individually to allow them to form a unit, very eye opening in some ways). I just would never fully admit that I like the man as long as he's at Bayern.
If he could deliver on the pitch the noise around would be manageable. It is about performance, always has been, always will be. I‘m longing for the days of Ottmar Hitzfeld, a sober gentleman coach who let football do the talking.
As Chelsea fan......I will never how important this man was when he came to Chelsea.....his answers to the press are always accurate and respectful.....I really want him back to our team
I used to love his press/post conferences in Premier League. Always positive and there is a lot great things to hear, also to learn from him as a young football coach. Hope to see his session one day and talk in person. Great interview, well done.
Why Tuchel seems to be less loved in Germany and especially in Bavaria than in England? It has a lot to do with a special Bavarian mentality. Politically and economically, the region often feels superior and elevated within Germany. There is also a lot of value placed on tradition, a peculiar connection to one's homeland and an emphasis on being down-to-earth. Tuchel seems like a stranger to many because he lacks the talent to be a people's tribune. For many, his intelligence in particular, which also openly admits mistakes, does not seem to fit the image of the tough man that Bavarians have of themselves. After losing a game, he said that he had "fallen in love" with his team because of their dedication. Real men, however, don't fall in love. They love their mothers and, if nothing else, their country. The club's credo is formulated in the local dialect: "Mia san mia." It means something like: "We are us." But it can also be translated as: "We don't care what others think." And Tuchel seems like someone who can never stop caring, and thinking. And who wants to have a thinker sitting next to them in the beer tent?
I love Tuchel tbh,I really do..but observing Bayern as a neatral...and having seen Kane every week in the premier league dropping deep... it makes no sense to switch Sane to the left side... he is more dangerous cutting inside...unless he puts in an early ball,which...is fine, unless your number 9 released him in the first place...in which case...who does he put the early ball in to? Kane isn't there lol - so put Sane back on the right side, his goals have dried since switching. Surely Tuchel can figure this out.
