This. This is, starting now, how I imagine what the end of the next Marvel Cinematic Universe Saga with Galactus, The Devourer of Worlds, as its ultimate antagonist. Thor, in the original core members of The Avengers, is the only one who did not retire or became deceased after the Infinity Saga and this is definitely how he should exit the MCU, killing the World-Eater in his wake.

I despise how Galactus was a herald himself. Changes the whole perspective of him eating planets, changes the neutrality of the character and turns it to conceit. Also the mysticism. What about the whole deal with him maintaining the balance and without him death would be too weak or whatever?

I have the same doubt, does black winter bring balance to the multiverse and galactus bring balance to the universe, black winter eats an entire universe to prevent one universe from colliding with each other and galactus eat planets to bring balance to the universe am i right or wrong. if that's right killing both of them or one of them will bring catastrophically events across the multiverse. I know right? I love this and Doomsday Clock so much...I can't wait for the Secret Crisis. I hope other comic book companies like IDW, Dark Horse, and Image are involved somehow but I doubt it will happen. Whatever the case, I'm glad we're getting another crossover in the future.

I love how Thor is finally being depicted with the vastness of power he is inherently entitled. But I’m sick of Galactus being bitched by Marvel! Galactus is the third most powerful single non-abstract being in the Universe!! His own existence is woven into the tapestry of the Universal fabric like a binding thread! He is a star-god birthed of the former Eternity and the Phoenix Force of the Universe Prior!! He is the straight up mega OG and yet, Marvel seems to nerf him lately whenever it has to be shown just how OP someone else is. Return his rightful glory. Respect the Devourer, Marvel!

I was actually very surprised that when the panel came and showed all of Thor‘s villains, that Annihilator, Doctor Doom, Mephisto and especially Apocalypse were there too. Yes, i know he faced them too, but i wouldn‘t really call them in any way „Thor Villains“.

@@m.muradbasic4186 exactly my point, they should, but they don't. They do not do enough research on characters and just go by what they know. I know the characters very well, years of reading, and having the marvel universe comics was good as well. Like a limited series I read in the early 2000's Sabretooth, where he was hunting, and then killed Wendigo. Sabretooth, not even the extra big version would have a chance against Wendigo, he was stronger and more deadly than the Hulk, you would expect the writers to know this. Current writers just think they are the B alls, just because they are in that position, where as in 20+ years, they'll be forgotten in most cases and Stan and Jack will still be remembered.

Not gonna lie but as much as I love the guy I'm also kind of fed up with Thanos and anything infinity related at the moment. Just seems like it's always the go to for anything "big bad" now and although the infinity stone imbued hammer was actually pretty dope looking; after fighting Galactus and the dark winter (the cosmic behemoths) the Thanos reveal at the end felt a little anticlimactic to me. Just my opinion though... Not trying to start an argument.

TBW looks like your end. The entire time it looked like Thor Thor killed Galactis But my guess is Galactis knew of what TBW knew and wanted to work together with Thor for what was coming however Galactis also knew that TBW was coming to take his powers away or overall kill him so he needed Thor help to get passed TBW and then prepare for Thanos uprisings. But Thor worked backwards and as a result basically killed himself by the actions he took based on his decision. Genius work
