Elgin Coates Late comment but this is wrong, the vocalist absolutely kills it, cleans are on point and screams are good as. They put on a sick as performance live
@@MrEL91N if youve seen the live videos on youtube they dont do justice. In the most popular one on youtube he didnt have an eariece and couldnt hear himself sing. Dude can hit the notes and has the technique, just needs an audio team
best guitar tone Ive ever heard. hands down, no contest. Its like all the best qualities of a single coil and a humbucker combined into one sound. absolutely mind blowing tone. also whoever does the mixing and mastering for this band deserves several awards.
I'm going to have to disagree with this. The Dark Pool is a masterpiece of an album, but the mixing is very muddy and the guitars suffer for it. This band deserves better sound engineering.
These dudes will have you fooled thinking they are generic high vocal having metal core guys, then you look justtttt a little closer, listen just a littttte harder, and you’ll realize what you’re hearing, no matter the song, is layered, in genius, throughout their guitar work, their drummer is absolutely amazing with his choices through each song progression, and literally, the vocals are the best part, and that is so fucking hard to comprehend when it comes to how good everyone in this band is, to have vocals top it off the way they do, and vocals aren’t just good, they are different, hell ya, I’m a happy human right now
This is awesome. These guys would have to be one of my favourite bands at the moment. The two EPs are brilliant. Though I think they need to release a solid LP before they are up there with Northlane and Polaris for me.
I feel like I'm half of the 60k views no lie haha I love this so much, you boys are gonna explode any time now I can't wait to see what the future holds for Thornhill!
эта группа уже успела стать одной из моих любимых, наравне с Northlane и Architects) одни из тех, кто действительно занимается творчеством, продолжайте в том же духе)
Born from fumes And built from the inside I roll my eyes to the back of my head My salvation is dead Blood enters in Ventilation for my skin I can feel the dirt it runs through my veins I enter eternal pain My life is yours to gain And It turns me inside out I contort and dance you just sound deranged Its human nature to stay the same I laugh and I shake from the heat here Let me tell you about pain I do the devil's dance And it's all in my head My blood is cold and I'm painted in red I'd crush my empty skull if it meant no pain I'll stay hidden underwater 'til I go insane Does this happen to you or just me? If so let me see Let me in Let me see Let me see I had to learn how to adapt With my eyes pushed out And my hands held behind my back Oh hunters I can be your prey Just promise me you'll stay If I listened to you I wouldn't be the same Watch as I put myself in the flame I do the devil's dance And it's all in my head My blood is cold and I'm painted in red I'd crush my empty skull if it meant no pain I'll stay hidden underwater 'til I go insane I still hear it ring in my ears All this pain has brought me to tears I'm not ready to fight but you should Don't complain when I stand where you should Like a trance I move with your voice Under chants of horror around me And I think to myself what a life Why be here if I'm going to die
I love Thornhill they rock I started following them in 2021 and then did a deep dive on them back in 2022 and became a fan late in 2022 I'm so excited to see them again on July 13th In Charlotte NC with Northlane, Invent Animate and Windwaker.
fuck! they using the Ibanez RGIM7MH-WK? or RGIM7BC-DFF? I canny figure it out but they're so lush.. tone is fit obv cuz kemper, playing is tight AF, this song is hench and I love all of Butterfly... You did good boys
Amazing stuff..do they use noise gates to control such high gain? There are a lot of parts in the song that are extremely hard to nail without a little bit of noise
