Ever since I saw what Rook's personality is like a few days into playing through his lab coat and Lilia's gym wear vignettes... Rook is the creepy one to me now. Istg Rook is my favorite Pomefiore character for this exact reason. He’s kinda crazy and is very bold but yet also very supportive no matter what it is. He’s very clever and sly which I thought was surprising when I first saw him. (My fav vignette from the vid is always gonna be the one with Malleus cause I just find it funny seeing Malleus get ticked off and Rook enjoying it lmao)

It's hilarious because Rook is actually in my top four favorite characters 1. Malleus 2. Lilia and Ortho 3. Jade and Floyd 4. Rook So the last interaction as well as the one where he tries to go for Lilia was well, are absolutely glorious to me. Most of his interactions one on one are so disturbing but at the same time hilarious because all you can imagine is the person on the other end saying internally "LET ME OUT!!!!"

As a french speaker, I find the nickname Rook gives to Ruggie hilarious. He's supposed to be called Mr. Dandelion, but the french word for "dandelion" is "pissenlit", not "dent-de-lion". Dent de lion means "Lion's tooth", which makes no sense considering Rook gave Ruggie that nickname because of his willingness to eat dandelions when he is broke.
