It's nice to see that you're back. Random question, but have you ever tried tretinoin, if so what was your experience like? I have been trying to make it work for my skin and i think the US prescription formulations don't work for me. Your skin looks great.
HI! sorry for the delay in my response but I have just seen your comment. I have not tried retinA the medication prescribed by Dr but those past 2 years I tried a derivative which is Granactive Retinoid at 2% from the brand Dr Sam's Bunting because it's supposed to be best suited for sensitive skin. You can see me using it on few of my last skincare videos. I really like it. I was still using it when filming that video. It really made my skin texture smoother, made almost completely disappear a very fine mouth line that only me can see with a 5 times magnifying mirror 😂. It's also good to fight acne which was the main reason I got it. She also has a stronger version now which I have not tried yet. Very recently (1 month ago) I stopped using it only because I want to test peptides and compare it to her products to see what's best and best suited for my skin. Honestly with my very sensitive skin I don't think I'll ever be tempted to try the prescription version. I don't know if you're Black but if you are or if you already look younger than your age you should first tried gentler actives like copper peptides, granactive retinoid or retinaldahyde.... along with being mindful with your sun exposure and/or wearing sunscreen daily depending on your skin and its needs (pale skin and dark skin do not need the same protection...) good lifestyle and diet. You may realize that you don't need more. But at the same time if your skin is resilient and if it's cheaper for you why not try the num1 and only official anti-aging ingredients...
