80 bucks, was that the autograph price at a convention? I paid 125 each for him to sign a photo and a book and that’s from his website in which you send your items to his P.O. Box in California. I figured Robert is not getting any younger and he hasn’t done a convention close to home yet
What my research on this topic is when you send the person an item it costs more vs. Say going to a convention to sign. I'm going to meet him in November this year, I believe he charging $125 if ya send him something but $100 signed at convention
Think 80 bucks is a fair price for Robert Englund to be honest, especially if your a big fan.I would pay up to a 100 for his signing as he is a horror icon. You only live once so have it if you want it.Enjoyed video.
I don't understand the point of buying an autographed item from a website. Most autographs are seldom worth much of anything, with few exceptions. IMO, the point of having an autograph is to commemorate the moment when you actually met the individual in person. It's not the signature itself that matters, rather the signature is a way to memorialize the fact that you met someone you admire. A photograph is arguably even better. There are a few exceptions to this rule, such as a baseball autographed by Babe Ruth, considering Ruth died before most of us could have met him in person. But even those items are not worth nearly as much as most people would guess.
I agree with ya but sometimes there is situations where you never may meet that person. Like I'm a HUGE breaking bad fan but I know I never meet bryan cranston but I may buy his autograph somewhere you know
@Prime Altemus I'm going to send him a letter. so he's been known to always send a signed picture. is it really his signature tho? I'm also going to send him my DVD slip cover thing and hopefully he'll, sign it. he's signed things before for free.
depending on the service you use, it first has to arrive at his po box to be collected then however long Robert takes to sign it and whatever service you choose it to be sent back by. If you pay for extra fast shipping both sides ( the return label) it shouldn't be long.
@@nicolexlove16 John as been doing private signing recently in the uk, i just had my poster signed with proof photos. Pj Soles is attending a few conventions so that might be worth looking into.
@@TheLiveMontageGuy05 awesome, I’m really happy to hear that it’s legit and went well. I’m going to try to send him my Freddy Krueger statue base and art print to autograph! That’s really awesome and personal. Thanks for the reply.
@@Gojira_431 You’ll Need To Send 100 Dollars If You Want An Item Signed, when I Sent My Letter (which you have to send one in order to receive an autographed postcard, I guess he enjoys reading them) but Anyways he does appreciate the letters, I heard him say it in an interview. But yeah 100 bucks per item. I included a DVD Slipcover and asked him to sign it in the letter but he didn’t. I did get a autographed postcard though!
