Great video, I knew where the video was going right when you said you installed windows onto it. 🤣 It is a real shame that the multiplayer games aren't that good of an experience on SteamOS, and that weird thing with the wifi on windows sucks. I believe they only released the drivers for windows just so people COULD do it if they wanted to, which is nice to have the choice. I don't think they've ever marketed it as windows working great on it and the drivers were provided "as is" with no official support being given, that's most likely why that occurs. I'm not big on multiplayer shooters so I've personally had a really great time with my deck running purely SteamOS and singleplayer titles. I'm also kind of skeptical of the ROG Ally as Valve had been building up to the Steam Deck for YEARS, the ally just seems to be kind of piggy backing off the hype around the Steam Deck for a quick buck, hoping I'm wrong though.
Part of the reason I wanted to try Windows is for Epic Games and GOG. I have a large library of games on Epic Games and it would be nice playing them on the go.
