Absolutely spectacular work, I was shown your 1st album from my dad and have been getting each one since. Like the first two I get the feeling the world is coming to an end right in front of me and it couldn't be more epic. 10/10 keep up the amazing work sister!
Phenomenal work! So glad to finally hear this album after being teased in 2021. Loving the Arch Echo inspiration in Glass Butterfly and Cerbera. The Whisperer and Tomah go so hard. And not to mention the amazing homage of The Universe Creation Found. Just stunning!
This would be really cool in 5.1 or even Atmos. Completely enveloping the listener with the atmospheric stuff, having the solos run around and above the listener, moving instruments around randomly, so much creative stuff that can be done.
I'd love to experiment with that stuff in the future! At the moment I'm just a broke 23yo bitch in her bedroom with no formal training or education of any sort, so I feel like it'd be way over my head 🤣
@@thousandsunsky Well being over your head is kinda the point. :^) If you have a DAW with Atmos integration you can experiment right away on headphones, it's not ideal but better than normal stereo. I believe Nuendo, Pro Tools, DaVinci Resolve, and Logic Pro can do Atmos, probably others too. Quality speakers can be had used for really cheap, and if you just wanna do 5.1, AVRs are dirt cheap too. As for mixing, reference great surround mixes (Opeth's Pale Communion and Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon come to mind). You can find those on places like ruTracker and SoulSeek. I have some experience mixing in 5.1 (and very minimally in Atmos) so I'd be happy to do a demo-mix of one of your songs, though I understand if you'd rather not share those files with a total stranger and amateur.
The minute long intro track to The Whisperer is counted as a separate track on the album, but for the purposes of this video, the title for it was way too long to make look good in the tracklist display 🤣
There was a misunderstanding with one of the guests on the album and their label issued a copyright strike on the entire album. Not to worry though I'm working on it with them and it will be back up soon!
Been waiting to listen to this till I was in the mood. pretty amazing EA, though still gonna judge if there arent any drops XD Your last 2 albums were like continuous action scenes with no breather. So far really like the songs Ive heard in this one though. EDIT: Definitely sounds like youve gotten even better. This album doesnt drag on without division like the last ones. It feels like im hearing different songs this time :3 (as someone who just plays music while working lol)
Hey it's progressive metal, not EDM, I dunno how I'd implement drops into it 😝 And to be fair I wrote both my first two albums when I was 17/18, I would hope I've improved by now 🤣
@@thousandsunsky XD I think "drop" just means a lull in the music like a breather, though I could be mistaken i'm no professional. Regardless, definitely my favorite so far. Amazing and easy to listen to repeatedly. :3 You definitely have improved XD I look forward to your next project if you keep doing music :), also hope youre doing well. (Also I shared this album at work, want more people to hear your music.)
@@SathraxDeprawn typically a drop is the point in the song where the most intense/energetic part starts, often preceded by a build up, most often used in electronic subgenres. I think what you're talking about is an interlude, or just a softer verse, though I'm not entirely sure
@Eva Aurora ah yes, then those. I find them to be crucial in music because, while part of you may want the energy and the thrill of a good section of a music to last forever, it also gets boring and makes the music blend together a bit. It's good to leave people satisfied but wanting, makes songs have more relistenability. This album is better for that imo.
