Welcome to Speedway Auto Wrecking in Dacono Colorado.
This place is a Mile High Treasure! This Massive Junkyard is home to I've heard Five Thousand Classic Cars just rusting away. This place is just like Junk town USA. Classic Car Salvage Yard, Classic Car Junk Yard. Classic Car Graveyard. I love coming to Junk Yards like this to snoop around and see what I can find. I spent the better part of a summer day here. It's an Amazing Salvage Yard. Full of good parts for classic cars and even a few possible Classic Car Project Cars. Welcome to this great Classic Car Junk Yard!
I searched around and figured out where the old Classic Mopars were. They had a whole row of Classic Mopars, Chrysler, Plymouth and Dodge. More then I was expecting. Loads of cool wagons in this yard too. Lots of Chevy of course, lots of Ford. Some Pontiacs, lots of old Buicks. Loads of old trucks and vans. Old Broncos. This place was awesome! Classic Cars where everywhere you look!
It's a really fun lot to walk through. So much cool stuff to find!

As a young kid I remember my pop driving from Laramie to this same wrecking acres. Pop would get everything needed for a rebuild that he was always working to restore and see how nice he could make it look. Even make a few bucks.

all cars have cowl or firewall data plates or tags that tell you what year they are. just take a glance next time, great video.

Seeing many of those cars brings back memories. And seeing the condition of a lot of them has me wondering how they ended up in the junkyard because they are not all rusted out or dented up. Being from northeast Minnesota I am not used to seeing vintage iron in that condition and even though Matt said not many would make project cars I disagree. I would have to say that he hasn't seen many of the old cars found on the Minnesota Arrowhead or iron range because if he had he would see the potential of so many of these cars as more than just parts. Cars in central and southern Minnesota don't seem to be as rusty as they are up here

People don’t necessarily need parts for an ambulance, but Dodge vans all them panels that don’t have shit cut in them are good replacements

This video is a treasure trove. There’s so many parts in here. It’s actually sad somebody could create a business out of this yard! That comet GT possibly buildable. at 22 minutes. That’s a 66 charger. There was a lot of 2 door darts in there. This could possibly turn into one of your best videos as far as views go.

There is a RU-vid channel it’s called adventures made from scratch something like that. The guy sells scrap and runs a farm and stuff. The point in my story he sells pick up cabs. Like they are hotcakes! He sells them 2500 3500 apiece, and those power wagons they’re always worth something!

I really love your Mackinac Island and spooky stuff around castles and graveyards! You are truly amazing and extremely great at story telling and editing! Well, since you don't have a P.O. box anymore, I am pretty sad about that as I am a photographer and will be selling my photos soon. I wanted to send you a photo of Scotland that I have taken. You can probably see that my icon is of Eilian Donan Castle and I took this when there too. I know you love Stirling Castle and I have also been there as well as Scott Monument and have loads of great pictures to share. As a matter of fact I probably would of sent you a photo book. That's what i want a old ford pickup body on a newer sub frame with modern tech ,old Sanford and son pickup,ever imagine a engine just turns over in all that ?Man some of that glass is worth some big Bucks. hard to find

Looks like most everything in this lot are shells. No windows--stripped interiors--body panels & bumpers/grills missing, etc. Good to know before I waste my time there.
