In all truth this should not even be a debate on ANY LEVEL no matter how hard people try to manufacture one. Superman operates on a power scale that eclipses Thragg and his most stalwart soldiers by enormous margins. Insurmountable margins especially if it’s the comic version. Any iteration of Superman totally annihilates Thragg with absolutely zero effort. The man can pull entire planets in a single file without so much as thinking about a drop of sweat. And don’t even mention Superman Prime One Million. This is actually an insult to Superman to even put a low rent character like Thragg in the same Sentence with The Man of Steel when it comes to a worthy adversary.

I don't think Thragg would use Kryptonite even if he could get it. Thragg would want to fight Superman at full strength to test his own ability. And yes, Superman would wreck him.

Thragg doesn’t have kryptonite. He isn’t a very high level magic user. All he has is brute strength. Superman wins easily.

I know a guy who is a big invincible fan and is adamant That filter mites could beat up and kill any kryptonian. Why? Because the invincible writer says they can. He doesn’t write superman, only invincible yet he has an opinion on superman’s ability to win or lose against his creation. His creation who doesn’t even have a fraction of the strength and power feats that superman has.
