3.0 nerfed the thralls a bit. This mod can compensate for some of that and it looks neat as a bonus.
It does require a bit of management from your end but if you are a barbaric warlord that only makes sense. :)
The purpose of this video is to hopefully explain how you go about it.
Due to pneumonia I have not been able to do the two new tutorials but NeoCrypter did:

I really enjoyed this review. Ive just added Thralls are Alive to my server and still figuring out how to get it going. This really helped a lot! Big thumbs up and slappin the big red rectangle for more great stuff!

Stupid question... i have several thralls missing when i go to the Desk it says (mia) . i can update thier dropbox (sleep/patrol/idol/train/ect) but the right section is blank. i cant Debug then Teliport to bed... but thrall is still gone. current;ly on day 2 away from main camp. hopeing when the purge hits they will show up? any ideas? ive tried ghost mode to look for em. they dont show up anymore in )followers( section. im scared to give my thralls good gear now if they randomly leave the reality randomly.

(MIA) shows up when that thrall has actually died. Those thralls/pets need to be replaced. :)

@@-CMS- UPDATE! 4 ov the mia 8 came back. no word on the others. also i dont have the same menu when i go to admin mode. i dont have 'leadership' on the radio dial. i have the name ov the mod. which doesnt open up the stat ability. they go and train. they go and harvest. they go on patrol. they go and socialize... but they dotn gain xp on stats :(. why cant i do anything right?

Everything is working fine and got thrall training but no progress. Theyre not leveling Thrall bed doesn't appear to have framework setting. Any solution😮

great video, appreciate the information, Do you have any idea how the resource gathering works, I tried putting tools in the logistics station and placing a couple of the nodes around it but so far it dosent seem to do anything, my thralls will not even go to the logistics station.

No need for tools in the station. You place the nodes (made in artisan bench) for each resource on the ground, kind of like the training beacon. The gathering requires Town center (that is where gathered resources end up) - the station is more of a hub for the nodes. The nodes (looks like placable rocks and trees etc) are where the thralls will go to chop up stuff.

I havent used the new features in in TAA for quite some time now. I am running a privately hosted server and spending more time learning about running a server as admin then I do actual gameplay. I would recommend joining Cashfires Discord and ask for help there.

Thank you: the mod did not work for me until I got the info from you that I have to go admin and set that debug thing for experience, etc. Could be a default, totally unintuitive. Thanks a ton.

i dont have setting in debug inside of leadership prob because am not an admin on our server

These: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1976970830 But they dont have heat/cold resistance on them so use something like this one: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2469564672&searchtext=outfit And create your custom looks with it. :)

I can't click to activate "Enable Ex and Exhaution" si grey and don't let me dot. Any solution??

Lately that has been a minor collition between the UI for TAA and Hosavs UI. Temorarily disabling the Hosav has done the trick before. I think Cashfire made an update on this recently but I dont use Hosavs myself.
