this brings back bad memories, I was practicing this on my friend and was holding the heel WAY too tight when I fell beck and, as a heavier set guy, my weight falling snapped his tibia. The screams were awful.

Thats actually pretty simple to get since most people want to elevate their legs to keep u from mounting
