Peter, thanks for the fun ride down my favorite local mountain. Personally I think your description of "poor conditions" is a tad harsh though. Snow looked nicely topped up, crowds reasonable and lift waiting time....zip! I'd take such a 'poor days' over sun, man-made snow and a 10-15 minute lift queues any day of the week!
True! It was great snow actually. It was pretty cold and windy that day. Pretty amazing snow last year all around so hopefully this year is shaping up well!
