Those extended clips are not illegal. You cannot buy them now but if you already owned one or bought one that was purchased at a gun show that was made before the ban you are allowed to have one. Maybe it’s an extra charge to do a crime with one but only one is not illegal.
Funny how they predominantly talked about the guns and magazines. Why didn't they want to talk about who these kids were. Some of them looking to be too old to be in high school. However they did mention that it was gang related. Could they be part of the Venezuelan gangs that are taking over apartment complexes in Aurora. If not actual illegal immigrants themselves then they may be the children of those aforementioned. So keep listening to your Democratic politicians and their controlled media.
