I soak my fenegreek seed for 2 days, blend it with avocado, aloe , 2 tbsp of honey, 5 tbsp of castor oil, 3 tbsp of olive oil and 7 drops of PEO( peppermint essential oil) I usually put it on my your hair on my cleaning day because the longer it stays is the better! Do that every wash day!

We are coming up with all of these tricks and remedies and when I was a child in the 70s our hair looked the same with Blue Magic, Sulfur 8, lard, Crisco, Royal Crown, etc and water.

Great video! I love aloe vera, I’ve been using it in my hair and my daughter’s hair. I recently started using aloe with fenugreek as a leave in as well as fenugreek oil.
