Three 6 Mafia, otherwise known as Triple 6 or da Mafia, is an iconic, GRAMMY award winning, American hip hop group from Memphis, Tennessee. The group's membership varied from album to album, the constant duo being Juicy J and DJ Paul. Other members included Gangsta Boo, Crunchy Black, Lord Infamous, and Koopsta Knicca. Since beginning their career in 1991, the group achieved worldwide fame with their distinctive style of Memphis crunk, characterized by choppy, shouted lyrics and drum machine beats. They’re most known for their classic hits such as “Stay Fly,” “Tear Da Club Up,” and “It's Hard Out Here For A Pimp” (featuring Frayser Boy), which earned them the 2006 Oscar for Best Original Song. Three 6 Mafia has also worked with several well-known artists including Project Pat, Eightball & MJG, Wiz Khalifa and UGK. Three 6 Mafia is considered one of the founding fathers of modern-day rap and hip hop.

Kleidyszskater Kleidysz heart attack at his moms house, dj paul said he was tired and laid his head down at the table. www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/12/22/lord-infamous-dead-dies_n_4489314.html - saw da mafia 6ix in lancaster few weeks back for the sinners tour and it was badass! they brought out a coffin and performed a ritual to raise his body. dood sat up with a creepy shiny silver scarecrow lord type mask. they had skeleton ghosts floating around the stage and they all wearing skeleton outfits. it was the shit, great show, good set list, they were in the crowd people were on the stage, everybody gettin down and singing together. good shit to trip too. we got there late so we missed the openers but got to meet whitney peyton and twisted insane, they were real cool. glad the mafia is back at it, they killed it. having fun, sexy boo was awesome. this chick won the twerk contest, twice, and was throwing money out from the balcony, late night tip, sippin on some sizzurp, doe boy fresh, go hard, beacon and blender, break the law, body parts are some of the songs they played. little over an hour and the songs werent performed in their entirety obviously with missing members but they were great none the less. anyone else catch the tour?
