Great job demonstrating the effects and their methods. I'm most appreciative of the formula for figuring out the position that the card called for is in the deck. Also, thanks for the little tip of cutting the card the spec stops at to the top of the deck, to be able to just look at the bottom card to guess the card called for. Just a really awesome job on your part on this video.
Two more ideas: 1. To find the card by the bottom after a cut: look at the fourth card from below, take is color as it is and its value minus 1 2. Without a cut, if the card is still gone: search for a place with two Blacks or two reds next to each other. Figure out which card was in between them
Very good! Especially for the ones that do not know about the Si Stebbins stack & want to learn new very good tricks. Congratulations, and keep trying that you'll get nice comments with such tutorials. I don't understand why don't you have many people following your teachings. Did you stop uploading interesting material like that? Good luck friend!
Why don’t you just look at the bottom card when the spectator calls stop as you put it back in the box to get rid of em. You peek bottom card, it’s 9 of clubs , use CHaSeD and add 3 , spec has queen of hearts. Works every time for me
I'm 7 months too late! LOL That's what I was going to say.... You don't need to look at bottom and top, then search for the card in-between the soulmates. You just need to see bottom card, add 3 and go to the next suit in the CHaSeD order.... But I'm too late! LOL Great tutorial thought!
the tutorial of the mathematical trick at 0:58 doesn't work for me. I already checked my si stebbins stack to see whether there's any mistakes but nothing, I spent 20 minutes trying to make this work out but it doesn't work.
if the card you're trying to locate is higher than the card you're subtracting from add 13 to the placement card for instance say like his example you want to find the Qs which = 12 from the Ts you add 10+13=23 subtract 12 = 11 multiply by 4 = 44 subtract 1 and the card will be in the 43rd position. long as you do that formula it will work every time just make sure you subtract the correct number for the last step depending on what suit you're working with and whether it's the bottom card 2nd from bottom 3rd or 4th.
I usually forget the suit of the card of me doing the math for some reason so I use my 4 fingers for the suits then when I switch the suit once I move my finger and repeat chases order then I know what the suit is
Brick & Mortar Studio they are kinda similar, but one just makes it more deceptive what you’re doing. I just teach both since most magicians have different styles
