Three Cheese Baked Penne. Layer up flavour on Pasta night 

1 Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
4 Green Onion sticks
4 Baby Bell Peppers
400g Ground Beef
Salt to Taste
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/3 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Red Chili
1 Tsp Ground Coriander
6 Mushrooms
3 1/2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Cup Pasta Sauce
600g Penne Pasta
250g Mozzarella Cheese
Some Slices Provolone Cheese
Parmesan Cheese ( cover in with Foil
Spinach for Garnishing
Cook in Preheated Oven at 375F for 35 minutes then remove the cover and cook it for another 10 minutes
