PART-1. Three days trip. Built dugout cabin with stone stove.
The cabin would first be excavated to a depth of approx. 1.5 meters and then it would be expanded with stones and a roof made of wood!
It was very hard work because after half a meter the ground was just stone!
For dinner I had a delicious wild boar with potatoes and vegetables cooked in a large pot on the fire!
Breakfast eggs with onions and tomatoes and flatbread.
The 3 days alone in the wild nature were simply incredibly beautiful. I really enjoyed the time!

Kostas👍👍 Epic build brother, awesome skills at construction and no lack of energy as usual. Lots of hard work here, digging, moving stones, hewing lumber, all the things that make a shelter fit for a lifetime. The fireplace is a signature part of your builds, looks good and works perfectly, it will certainly keep you warm during the long winter when using this cabin. Great video and filming, well done. - Κώστας - Απλά μια πρόταση καθαρισμού για τις γλάστρες σας όπως @ 24:30. Πριν το μαγειρέψετε σε ανοιχτή φωτιά, αλείψτε το υγρό σαπούνι πιάτων στην εξωτερική πλευρά της κατσαρόλας και αφήστε το σαπούνι να καεί κατά το μαγείρεμα ή το βράσιμο. Όταν πας να πλυθείς, το καμένο σαπούνι βγαίνει με την αιθάλη και η κατσαρόλα είναι πλέον καθαρή. Kostas - Just a clean-up suggestion for your pots like @ 24:30. Before cooking over an open fire, smear liquid dish soap on the outside of the pot and let the soap scorch while cooking or boiling. When you go to wash up, the scorched soap comes off with the soot and the pot is now clean too.

What I loved about this video was that, as the ground was dug, you saw a clear succession from soil to sub-soil to bedrock. you seldom see such clearly defined layers. The rock itself was unusual, too: It had clearly defined strata (layers)but seemed to be bent or folded in some way to produce mounds (I can't think of a better term to describe how it looked). The rock itself looked to be very soft and easily broken up, which made me wonder what it's origins were. Those little pieces certainly seemed to be a kind of shale, but if it was, something happened to it to make it so crumbly!
