My dear friend used to assure me that nothing could come to us without sifting through the fingers of a loving God. As I’m over half way through my 70’s I treasure that picture of the Lord. Still praying for you today and will continue.🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️🌷🌷🌷
I love your goals, and believe that God hears the intercessory prayers on your behalf. I even love the idea of re-reading Heidi. I hope you can get outside for a bit every day. I think the outdoors is healing - different air, different sounds, different smells, different things for the eye to focus on and the mind to consider. Do you have a porch swing or something that moves? I find that so calming. Bless you.
No porch awing but nice places to sit outside. I even love where my bed is because even laying down I can see the trees and roses blooming, watch hummingbirds and planes fly by. I like the idea we might re-read Heidi together.

I was wondering if you can eat scrambled eggs or eggs cooked anyway as it’s a good source of protein as you know they say it’s the perfect food! Are you able to tolerate your fermented foods? When I was at the doctor a few weeks ago he said you need to take Lipitor but I had several people say once you start you are having to take it for the rest of your life, so I have opted to lower my cholesterol by diet . The goal is 20 lbs lost by end of September when I go back. And lastly I must say you are a blessing to me 🙏🌻🦋😘

That's a good plan, make it to 83 then 84 and so on till you are saying "surviving my nineties." Survive by surfing life's storms on the board of 'thankfulness'. I survived two winter storms this week. It blew so hard. And rained so much that it water logged an old dead tree so that it fell. Of course it fell on to a fence. Why do they always fall on the fence?

Yes, those are my words. So you have a 'heat storm!' The law of nature is to also have ten foot high gorse push all my fences over. I have a lot of fencing to do as I remove truck loads of gorse that have formed long hedges in the fence lines.
