The dispatcher seems confused when it sent 2 cars. Sheraton Baton Rouge opened up a few years before this place with Kone (but with the 220 buttons). During non-busy times, the wait times there were awful and usually 2 or 3 cars would show up at the same time. Perhaps dispatching during slow times was a weakness during this period for Kone?
@@stlelevators True, but you'd think for a company that makes their own fixtures (KSS 140, KSS 570) and use them on modernizations and new installations.
