Very cool. The year after Shelby passed I went to the historic races at Laguna. I have never seen so many legit cars in one place! Stuff I know I will never see again. Wish I was up the internet back then. Good job filming these guys together and helping to keep the passion alive.
Right on Dezzy, you always bring the good stuff, I’m a SeaTac boy and you always pop up when something new and I dig it. 69 mustang fastback is one of my favs even tho I’m diehard Chevy! You’re known in my circle of gearheads! Keep vids comin bro!
Around 1971,I bought a '65 fastback K code, for $650! Out of several Fords & one '69 Cyclone 428CJ w/ramair,that K code was fast & the most fun to drive out of them all!❤
I'll take the 66! Seeing this reminded me of my 66 GT with the k code 289 and 4 speed. Every option, even the Rally pack and front disc brakes, but no power steering or power brakes or AC. Didn't want to waste any power on such 'frivolities'! LOL! Man I miss that little car. It was such a blast to drive! BTW that show you're at is undoubtedly Mustang heaven for us aficionados!
You asked which one I would take if I could afford one I would find a way to afford all of them too hard of a decision. Those three are the best of the best 67 fastback 66 in green and the 65 and Wimbledon white with a great backstory, I would drive myself crazy trying to decide. Great video.👍
one of my favorite cars is a 69 Mach 1. I actually like them more than the Shelby. I’m kinda strange like that. When the 4th gen Trans Ams came out everyone loved the Firehawks, but I think the normal WS6 looks better.
